After the success of the original RotLD, star Don Calfa wrote a treatment for a sequel that was a continuation of the first film's story. Seems the army got the wrong coordinates and nuked the wrong side of Louisville, KY. The surviving--and the dead--characters must then fight to escape a city under siege.

Sadly, the film was never made.

But now there can be much rejoicing! Calfa has turned the treatment into a graphic novel! ;D
