Clayton Hill (above, right), the "sweater zombie" from George A. Romero's Dawn of the Dead, died July 25th following a stroke.
I had the pleasure of meeting Clayton and his lovely wife, Sharon (above, left), at several conventions over the years, and they always had a genuine smile, a friendly word, and a great love and respect for horror fans everywhere. My thoughts are with Sharon and his entire family. He will be greatly missed.
